Returns & Exchanges for Watches

Reporting Timeline
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Please share:

• Clear description of the issue

Shipping & Logistics Charges
Complaints Reported Within 2 Days
If the issue is verified and reported within the 2-day window:
• ComicLyfe will bear all exchange shipping and logistics charges.
Complaints Reported After 2 Days
For complaints raised after 2 days from delivery:
• Any return shipping, exchange shipping, or logistics charges will need to be borne by the customer.
Non-Returnable / Non-Covered Cases
The following situations are not covered under our return or exchange policy:
• Physical damage
• Water damage
• Mishandling or misuse
• Damage caused by improper use
• Normal wear and tear
Products found damaged due to the above reasons may not qualify for replacement or refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in cases where:
