Job Title: Ecommerce and Operations Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Ecommerce and Operations Executive to join our team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence across multiple ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cataloging and Listing: Create, update, and manage product listings across various ecommerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, and Ajio.
• Order Processing: Efficiently process and fulfill online orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure optimal stock availability.
• Platform Management: Oversee and maintain our seller accounts on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, and Ajio.
• Excel Proficiency: Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining records related to sales, inventory, and other operational metrics.
• Tracking and Reporting: Track order statuses, inventory levels, and other key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Portal Management: Regularly update and manage product listings, promotions, and other content on our ecommerce portals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing ecommerce operations, specifically with a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central.
• Knowledge of managing seller accounts on Flipkart and Ajio.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
